Endeavour Drinks Group wanted to personalise how they communicated with the Dan Murphy’s customer base. I worked in-house as a Copy Lead + Creative Strategist developing a deep understanding of CX.
I was responsible for the creative side of building out Endeavour Group's data and AI platform to deliver high impact, high value campaigns, whilst being responsible for end-to-end ownership of the relationship of data and analytics and the creative department.
